There are no setup fees. For US & Canada toll free numbers there is a $3 monthly fee. United Kingdom is a $5 monthly fee. Most other countries there is a $8 monthly fee. We offer toll free and local numbers from:

- Are there any minimum usage requirements?
There are no minimum usage requirements for this service.
- What are the worldwide rates for this service?
Please see our low rates on our toll free rates page. Select the country you would
like a toll free number from and the country you will be forwarding calls to.
- How long does it take to open my new account?
For most countries it will take one day. Alliance will contact you within 24 hours or 1 business days
after your completed application is received. Your account is automatically activated as soon
as you receive your toll free number by email.
- Can I use this service from any phone? Are the rates the same?
Please see our rates page for details of available access methods (from Land Line or Mobile) for each
country. The rates will be the same if there are no specific rate breakout based on Land Line and
Mobile originations for a specific country. Click here to view full list of rates. Calls made from a
pay phone in the USA will have a surcharge of USD$0.60 per call. Alliance can also block calls from
payphones or mobile phones if requested by customer.
- Can this service handle multiple calls and is there additional charges for this feature?
Yes, we can handle unlimited number of calls. Alliance toll free service is completely customizable
to fit your needs. There is no additional charge for multiple calls.
- What about customer service?
Alliance Communication takes pride in staffing its Customer Service Department with efficient,
knowledgeable, and friendly international telecommunications professionals 24 hours a day.
- How do I pay for Alliance Communication services?
Most Alliance customers pay by Credit or Debit card with no required deposit. A
customer credit card will be charged once a month for the calls you receive with a monthly itemized
statement available online. or by email. Alliance Callback accepts
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Although credit card is the most popular method of payment, you may
pre-pay for Alliance Callback services. Alliance Callback accepts bank transfers, Western Union, MoneyGram, and checks in U.S. dollars.
- Can I use Alliance toll free to forward calls to any country in the world?
Yes. We can forward calls from your toll free number to any country (land line or mobile).
- What is a ring-to number?
Ring-to numbers are directed to your destination of choice. You can have your Toll Free Number assigned to your home phone,
cellular phone, pager, or fax. You can also change this number any time by contacting Alliance support by email, phone, or fax.
Most changes can be done within minutes.
- How do I change my ring-to number?
Ring-to numbers can be changed any time by contacting Alliance support by email, phone, or fax. Most changes can be done
within minutes. There is no extra charge for this feature and you may change the ring-to number as many times as you wish.
- Do you offer time of day routing and advanced routing features?
Yes, we offer time of day routing as well as many other advanced routing options. Please contact Alliance
Support with your needs and we can customize a solution just for your business.
- In what time increments does Alliance bill calls?
30 second minimum charge per call, 6 second intervals billing. This represents an extra savings of 10-15% when compared to full-minute charges.
- How are calls billed to my Alliance account?
You will get a monthly bill with a summary of your service, balance and payments, and also an itemized list of calls, with Place Called, Number Called, Date, Time and Duration.
- Do I have to pay for incomplete or unconnected calls?
No, we do not bill for incomplete calls(busy / no answer).
- Does your system work with PBXs?
Yes. The system can work with a switchboard or an automated machine.
- How do I set up an account?
To set up an Alliance Communication account, simply complete the toll free application form online
